We will not disclose personal identifiable information we collect about you or your customers to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, or other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. We may share aggregated and anonymous demographic information with our business partners but no such information can be linked directly to you or your customers’ information.

Our site may include links to other third party websites. While we try to link to sites that share our high standards and respect for personal privacy, however, Simplified is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by any third party.
How We Protect Your Information
We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect about our customers. Access to that information is restricted to individuals who need it to perform their work for us and only after they are trained in the proper handling of such information. We also require affiliated and non-affiliated companies working with us to protect your information and only use it to provide services we authorize for you and for us.
Unfortunately no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot warrant the security of the information provided to us online. However, once we receive your information, we will do our best to ensure that our systems, controls and processes are functioning properly and will use reasonable and customary efforts to protect that information.
